LonGrad was founded in 2005 as an independent consulting agency specializing in the selection of high-end residential and commercial properties. LonGrad office is located in the heart of London at 23 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London.

As we continue to grow and attract a steady stream of incoming leads, we're expanding the team. Now we are looking for an experienced recruiter / HR manager ASAP to build our dream team.

Job Description:

  • Build a strong team almost from scratch;
  • Attract, manage and develop relationships with candidates using a variety of channels and methods;
  • Write and publish vacancies, promptly process applications;
  • Constantly search for new sales managers;
  • Conduct onboarding of new employees to form an understanding of the values and goals of the company;
  • Develop personal development plans for employees.

    The Successful Applicant will have:

    • Experience in a relevant position for at least one year;
    • Minimum level of English — B2;
    • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Strong communication skills both written and oral;
    • Desire to provide the best possible service to both our candidates and clients;
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines;
    • The ability to remotely coordinate employees and implement practices.
