TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully – by accessing or making any use of Longrad, you are agreeing to them. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we deal with Longrad users’ personal information and privacy, as well as Delivery, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policies.

https://www.Longrad.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Longrad LTD (“our”, “us” and “we”). We’re a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 09595739. Our registered office is 4 Floor, 20 Air Street, London, W1B 5AN, UK.

1. CONTRACT
1.1. A contract between a User and Longrad for the purchase of a Product is created as follows:

a) The User places the order for a Product on the Site or App by pressing an order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process.

b)By confirming your order, you are agreeing to purchase the Product you have selected. At this point, we take payment for your order by means of your nominated Payment Method.

c)If you are not an existing Longrad User, we will automatically create a Longrad account for you with your invoice and order details. All your information will be securely stored and handled in accordance with the recent privacy legislation (GDPR and Privacy Shield Frameworks). You can delete your account at any point and still be able to receive your photos, but you won’t be able to access your invoices or order any additional services related to your order (such as premium editing, photo albums, extra hours, etc) online and would have to do it manually via email.

d)After you place an order, we will send you a “Thanks for your order” email with order details.

e)When the Product you have selected in ready, we will send you “your photos are ready to download” email and text with a link to your private online gallery. All your photos and invoices will also be saved in your Longrad account.

1.2. Note that Longrad may reject an order in certain circumstances, namely:

-Your order breaching the requirements of these Terms;

-The Product you order being unavailable;

-Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; or

-A relevant pricing or Product description error being identified.

1.3. If your order is rejected, we will contact you to confirm this and reverse the payment you have made for that order. You have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of a Product, provided you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day of the purchase. We will refund the purchase price you have paid for the Product.

 

2. PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. Our Privacy Policy governs all users of Longrad. By using or accessing Longrad, you give your consent to the content of that policy. If you do not wish your personal data to be handled in that way, then you must not use Longrad.

 

3. GENERAL
3.1. Users shall not use the Services in connection with the sending of any unsolicited messages, or to harvest or otherwise collect information about Users, including email addresses, without their express consent.

3.2. No User shall use any information regarding other Users that is accessible through the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms. These Terms set out your rights and obligations, and those of Longrad (“we” or “us”), in relation to www.Longrad.com (the “Site”), any Longrad application that you access (the “App”) and any goods or services available through, and material of any kind accessible or relating to, the Site, the App or us (the “Services”).

3.3. When we refer to “Longrad” in these Terms, we mean us, the Site, the App and/or the Services, according to the context. You must take the time to read and understand these Terms before Longrad. By registering with Longrad, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms.

3.4. People who register for Longrad establish an “Account”, and become “Users”. Visitors to Longrad who do not become Users, but who nevertheless use the Site and/or download the App, affirm that they are bound by these Terms each time they access Longrad. You should be aware that these Terms may change from time to time.

3.5. Products Longrad provides Users with the facility to download digital photographic images (we refer to those images as our “Products”), and to access those Images through the User’s Account. Longrad also offers Users the ability to download/purchase:

a) a single Product;

b) a number of Products; or

c) a collection of Products.

 

3.6. As Longrad evolves and changes over time, we may add Products or remove Products from our Services.

 

4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1. If we ask you to provide some information about yourself when you register for Longrad, you must ensure that this information is accurate and current. You may keep this information updated through your Account.

Note that we are entitled to treat anything done through a User’s Account, or by means of an email address, phone number or other communications method associated with that Account, as having been done by the User; it is up to the User to maintain the security of his/her Account.

 

5. PAYMENT
5.1. When you place an order for a Product, you will need to supply us with details of a payment method, such as a credit or debit card, (your “Payment Method”) and other personal details so that we may process the order for you.

5.2. If you elect to store a Payment Method with Longrad, that Payment Method – with some of its details masked, for security reasons – will automatically be used; you may, however, be required to provide certain information (such as, but not limited to, a CV2 card security number) in order to proceed with using that stored Payment Method.

5.3. In the event that you supply or attempt to use an invalid Payment Method, or a Payment Method which has lapsed, an order made using that Payment Method will fail.

5.4. If we suspect that your Payment Method belongs to someone else or is one which you are not entitled to use, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time.

5.5. The same person may not register more than one Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account which we reasonably suspect of infringing this requirement.

5.6. Important: You must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it – we will be sending you important messages there. So if you change email address, then you must change it on your Account. Should you provide an invalid email address or an email address that belongs to someone else, Longrad may terminate your Account at any time without notice.

5.7. You should not register as a User if you are under 13 years of age.

 

6. CHILDREN
6.1. We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent. If you are under 18, you shall not use or enter information on this site, including without limitation, any Interactive Areas of the site without parental consent. Please contact Customer Services by email at support@Longrad.com, to obtain the necessary parental consent forms.

 

7. REFUND POLICY
7.1. Please note that all refunds are subject to Longrad Customer Support Manager’s approval. We reserve the right to change or modify this policy at any time

7.2. An individual download may be eligible for a refund, if it meets any of the following criteria:

Duplicate Download: If an identical image/size is accidentally downloaded multiple times.

Failed Download: If there is a technical problem preventing the successful download of the image. This may include a corrupt file, unexpected removal of image, or site technical difficulties. Please note that support must be contacted before a refund can be requested.

Poor Quality: This may include compression artifacts, noise, copyright infringement, blown highlights, hot pixels, or any other major quality defect (must be confirmed by a Longrad Customer Support Manager).

For all other refunds, we will return your money via the original purchase method. If you purchased with PayPal or SagePay, we will refund the full amount to your PayPal or SagePay account.

7.3. In the case of a credit card purchase, we will return the full amount to your credit card. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on the nature of the purchase. Credit card refunds may take up to a full week to be accurately reflected on your card.

8. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
8.1. Credit card details are entered on a secured page and they are transferred using SSL or another technology, depending on what applies. Card details are processed via SagePay. We accept 3D Secure transactions.

 

9. LIABILITY
9.1. We use reasonable care and skill to provide Longrad in accordance with our specifications for Longrad but: the Services are provided “as is”; and we cannot and do not guarantee that Longrad or the Services will meet your requirements, including (without limitation) as to the availability or speed of delivery of any User Content placed on or made through Longrad.

9.2. We shall have no obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty and any other tort) or otherwise, save as expressly provided in these Terms.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor our contractual obligations in respect of Products we agree to supply following our acceptance of your order. We, our agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees and subcontractors will not be liable to you or anyone else, whether in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty or other tort) or otherwise for:

a) any loss of revenue, data, business, anticipated savings, profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for any business interruption; or

b) for any indirect, special or consequential loss damage, costs or other claims, howsoever caused or arising

9.4. Except as expressly stated elsewhere in these Terms, all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms, whether express or implied (by common law, statute, collaterally or otherwise) are hereby excluded, except in the case of fraud, or where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

9.5. For the avoidance of doubt, Longrad will not have liability to you or any other person in respect of User Content. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

Longrad AND THE GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming in May 2018.

Here’s how we’re getting Longrad ready.

At Longrad, we take privacy seriously and we are committed to continuing to comply with data protection laws.

What is the GDPR?

The GDPR is a European Union regulation that establishes a new framework for handling and protecting the personal data of EU-based residents. It comes into effect on May 25, 2018.

Personal data plays a huge part in society and the economy. It is essential that people have — and know they have — control and clarity over how their data is used and protected by any organisation they interact with, and that organisations are given clear guidelines to protect their personal data.

One of the aims of the GDPR is to harmonise and bring data privacy laws across Europe up to speed with the rapid technological change in the past two decades. It builds upon the current legal framework in the European Union, including the EU Data Protection Directive in existence since 1995.

GDPR is an opportunity to build a stronger data protection foundation for the benefit of all. Longrad is committed to ensuring that our platform is GDPR-compliant when the regulation becomes enforceable on May 25, 2018.

 

How will Longrad comply with the GDPR?

  • Trust is the foundation of our relationship with thousands of people and businesses around the world. We value the confidence you’ve put in us and take the responsibility of protecting your information seriously.
  • Longrad’s experts have carefully analysed the GDPR and are undertaking the necessary steps to ensure that we comply. Longrad’s CEO has personally overseen Legal, Privacy and Compliance Teams preparing the company for GDPR.
  • For every new product and service, we’re proactively applying the Data Protection.
  • We will meet the requirements of the GDPR by 25 May 2018.

 

Longrad is committed to transparency, control and accountability.

  • Transparency: Our Data Policy will remain the single consolidated place that maps out the ways in which we use data and process people’s personal information.
  • Control: We’ll continue to provide people with controls over how their data is used. To build on this, we’re simplifying the design of our privacy settings in a new control centre. Privacy by design means that organisations handling personal data need to think about data protection when designing systems, not just review privacy implications after a product or process is developed. If you process a lot of data or deal with sensitive information, in many cases you’ll also need to conduct data protection impact assessments to meet the privacy by design principle.
  • Accountability: We are accountable for our privacy practices, which includes updating our existing compliance program to ensure that we are adequately documenting our GDPR review and compliance.

 

What are your obligations under the GDPR?

  • It is important to remember that you, as the business customer and the data controller, have specific legal obligations under the GDPR.
  • ​​You should be confident that any providers (data processors) which you work with have a highly robust approach to data protection, understand the obligations of the GDPR, and are well prepared to meet them.
  • ​​Remember, however, that no provider can offer to “solve” GDPR compliance for you.

With our current measures and continual improvements, we believe we are well placed to provide appropriate security measures for your data and earn your trust.

PRIVACY

This Privacy Statement is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect from our beloved customers, how we may use that information, the conditions under which we may share it with third parties (law enforcement agencies etc.) and steps we take to protect it.

Privacy Statement

We do not require you to provide, nor do we collect, any personal information if you are only browsing the website. In order to provide you with more advanced features, services and functionality, Longrad may require that you first provide certain personal information, which we determine is reasonably necessary in order for us to fulfil your request.

If you indicate an interest in participating in a Service, we will identify what specific personal information you must provide prior to collecting such information. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to utilize certain Services, incentives, or take advantage of certain features of our Service.

In certain instances, Longrad may request that you provide secondary information (e.g., demographic information), which we may use to, for example, learn more about our customers and to develop and improve our services. Any requests for secondary information will be marked “optional” (or its equivalent).

We may compile your personal information with that collected from other customers and visitors to create aggregate data. We may produce research reports for participating merchants and other customers, as well as media and other interested parties. Such information and data is based upon aggregated, ANONYMOUS information about individual, as well as corporate customers, and does not include personally identifiable information about these customers.

Personal Information

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Longrad. Seriously! You are free to browse Longrad.com anonymously. If you wish to contact us or submit feedback, you are welcome to remain anonymous or disclose your personal information. We aim to protect the quality and honesty of any personal/identifiable information you do provide us.

Our servers collect users’ information regarding what screens and web-pages are visited, the date and time of the visits, how long it took a user to download a page/image. These automated servers’ functions are not intended to collect information in order to identify your personal information, nor do we use this information for any such purpose. This information is collected to assist us in maintaining a high quality game, as well as providing necessary traffic information to our advertisers. These automated server functions do not collect any personal information such as name, address, phone number, birthdate, etc.

Cookies/Automatically Gathered Information

Where applicable the app and web-site site use cookies to obtain certain types of non-personal information when your Web browser accesses Longrad.com and participating third parties. The main purpose of these cookies is to speed up your access to Longrad.com and make it easier for you to access it. Third-party advertising companies in conjunction with Longrad.com can separately place or recognize a cookie file on your browser in the course of delivering advertisements to the Site. These companies may use non-personal information collected by the cookies about your visits to the Site and other web sites in order to provide you with advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Copyrights and Trademarks

All copyrighted material on the Site: graphics, editorial edits, images and any other related copyright materials are protected by copyright law, and are owned by Longrad. Reproduction of the app or Site, in whole or in part, or in any form or medium, without the prior express written permission of Longrad is prohibited. Any online re-use of the app or site’s copyright materials is strictly prohibited.

The materials from the Site are only available for personal and non-commercial use, provided that: the materials are not modified in any way; all copyright and other proprietary notices and markings are retained and reproduced in their entirety on any copy made from any material in the App or on the Site; and Longrad has, in its sole discretion, given its prior written approval to such use of the App’s and Site’s materials, unless otherwise stated. Longrad and Longrad logo are trademarks and registered property of Longrad LTD. Any other product names, marks, symbols, trade names, company names and/or logos which appear within the App or Site are the property of their respective owners and appear through the courtesy of, and/or a licence from such owners. Abovementioned trademarks are protected by laws of their respective countries including laws on trademark and unfair competition, and may also be protected by the laws in other countries.

Any unauthorized use of the App’s or Site’s materials and contents, the Longrad trademarks, and/or the marks belonging to any other party that appear on the Site, may violate copyright law, trademark law, and unfair competition laws, among others, in the European Union, as well as may violate the laws in other countries, and may be subject to criminal and civil proceedings.

Business Relationships

Longrad App and website may contain links to other Web sites. Longrad cannot take the responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Mailing List

If you express a wish to join our mailing list, we will keep your e-mail address and any demographics information you disclose strictly confidential. We will never distribute or sell your e-mail address or any information about you to any third party.

OUR FAIR PRICE PROMISE

By providing our photographers with a steady stream of work, we are able to offer our service at a fair price. We continually review our rates to ensure that they are competitive for both our clients and our photographers and retouchers.

From just £99 per hour, our photographers and retouchers combined will produce high-quality photographs of your event, from start to finish.

Price Match

You will not find another company that produces professionally taken and professionally retouched photographs and have them sent to you within 48 hours for a cheaper price. We are so sure of this, that if you can find a service like this at a cheaper price, we will refund you the difference.

What you need to know:

  • The competitor’s offer of service must be identical to the offer on the Longrad website.
  • Price match must be agreed by a member of Longrad’s customer services team.
  • We reserve the right to decline price match on prices that don’t look genuine.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the price match promise at any time.

Photography and Videography

Should you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking by emailing us at info@longrad.com up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your session, with no charge and receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your booking in less than 24 hours prior to the start of your session, it is a 100% charge.

Refunds

A photo session may be eligible for a refund. If you are not happy with your Longrad experience for any reason, please contact our Customer Support at support@Longrad.com

Client Discount Promotions

ELIGIBILITY

These terms and conditions apply to all Longrad promotions publicised in the United Kingdom (each a “Promotion”), unless otherwise specified in the Promotion marketing.

The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over who have an Longrad account and are compliant with the Longrad client Terms (https://www.Longrad.com/terms-and-conditions), except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion. Proof of age and/or identity and/or residency may be required.

Longrad client Terms and Conditions (https://www.Longrad.com/terms-and-conditions) and Privacy Statement (https://www.Longrad.com/privacy) apply to the extent applicable to this Promotion.

PROMOTION DETAILS

The Promotion will be available for the period of time specified in the Promotion marketing. If no period of time is specified therein, the Promotion will be available for a limited time only at Longrad’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or where it becomes necessary to do so.

Participation in the Promotion is limited to Longrad clients in locations in the United Kingdom where Longrad is available.

ENTRY

To redeem a code (a “Discount Code”), a client of the Longrad service must have signed-up at https://Longrad.com/, registered and have active internet connection.

Longrad clients who enter the Discount Code before requesting a photographer will get up to the value of the Discount Code off the number of sessions specified in the promotion marketing (the “Discount”). The Discount may be either a specified amount off a photosession (e.g., up to £10), or a specified percentage off a photosession (e.g., 10%, 20%). The Promotion marketing may specify that the Discount Code may only be redeemed by new clients of the Longrad service on their first one or more sessions (as specified in the Promotion marketing).

OUR PRICE MATCH OFFER

We don’t want you to choose between the best service and the best price. That’s why we price match every service we offer against ANY other company.

Just send our friendly staff an email with the service you’re interested in, the price you’ve found and we’ll happily take care of the rest. Go on, we dare you to find it cheaper elsewhere!

Just make sure you’ve got this to hand:

  • The service you’re interested in.
  • The website address of the competitor or purchasing order/email printout with details of their offer.

Some additional things you need to know:

  • Price match includes the competitor’s travel costs.
  • Price match only works if you prepay 100% of your invoice.
  • The service on our competitor’s site has to be identical to the service on our site.
  • The offer is not transferable.
  • Unfortunately we’re unable to offer price matching for services purchased on finance.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Longrad Gift Cards

Longrad Gift Cards (hereafter ‘gift cards’) are non-refundable and can only be redeemed for applicable services at www.Longrad.com, which is the official website of Longrad Ltd (hereafter ‘Longrad’).

Delivery and Use

To redeem a gift card, a booking may only be made through the booking portal at www.Longrad.com, and the gift card code entered at the time of booking, using the ‘Enter a promo code or gift card’ option on that page.

If you do not use the complete balance value of a gift card for one booking, you may continue to use the remaining balance for future orders. The original expiry date will not change.

Please note that an additional service fee of £1.20 per booking will also be applied.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from their date of issue.

Gift cards are valid either until fully redeemed or until the expiry date, whichever is sooner.

A maximum of 1 gift card can be used per booking; if the total value of the booking exceeds the total value of the gift card, then the price difference may be paid by credit/debit card or by using PayPal.

Delivery: Once payment has been received in full by Longrad, the gift card will be delivered to the purchaser or other appointed recipient. Once delivered, any risk of damage to or loss of the gift card passes to the recipient. Longrad shall not be responsible for lost or damaged gift cards.

Please note that each gift card is individual and is identified by a unique serial number. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, nor will the balance be retrievable by any other means. All sales of gift cards are final and will not be refunded. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

In the event of a refund (partial or full) being required for the booking, then this shall be made in the same manner as payment was received. If a booking was paid in part by a gift card, then the first part of the refund will be in gift card form, up to the value of the original gift card. Any excess refund amount then still due will be refunded in the same method as the excess balance (e.g. Credit/debit card or PayPal).

Notices and exceptions

The resale of gift cards is not permitted, and they must only be used by the original purchaser or by the person to whom they are gifted.

The gift card recipient must be aged 18 years or over.

Gift cards are issued according to the currency used at the time of purchase.

Gift cards may be used as payment or part-payment for any Longrad services as advertised as currently available, and which are able to be booked online through the website at www.Longrad.com.

You may not use gift cards to purchase (in part or whole) gift cards or other promotions that Longrad may offer from time to time. They may not be used as payment or part payment for Longrad merchandise from Longrad Store. Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or discount.

Gift cards may become subject to additional restrictions as determined by Longrad from time to time in its sole discretion.

Governing Law

Where gift cards are used as payment or part-payment for goods or services supplied by Longrad then these Terms and Conditions will become a part of the sales contract.

This website, any content contained herein, and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.

Background

Longrad Limited (“Longrad”) reaches out to customers around the world to seek their permission to feature our favourite content on our various sites, social channels, and various promotional materials. You are reading this because Longrad has requested your permission to use your content in this way.

If you choose to allow us to use your content, e.g. text, social media post, image or video (the “User Content”) by uploading your content to our website, you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat or other social channel terms and conditions of use (as applicable) and you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Longrad collects and transmits to the Longrad website (www.Longrad.com) (the “Site”), the Longrad app, social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat, promotional materials and other properties (the “Longrad Properties”) User Content, including photos, text, graphics, audio, video, location information, comments and other materials from social media sites, for use by Longrad in connection with its business, including Longrad product feature, marketing, promotional, advertising and other consumer-related activities (the “Longrad Activities”).

User content license

You hereby grant to Longrad and its related companies, agents, licensees, sublicensees, franchisees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing and public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right to use your User Content in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on webpages and social media pages operated by the Licensed Parties, in promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in any and all other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, and in any media now or hereafter known.

The Licensed Parties may use, display, publicly perform, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit and make publicly accessible the User Content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.

You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, descriptions of you, location or other identifying information, including but not limited to your voice, in connection with any use of your User Content.

You hereby agree and represent and warrant that:

  • you own all rights in and to your User Content and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions from any and all other persons and/or entities who own, manage or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such User Content;
  • you are solely responsible for your User Content;
  • the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content as described herein will not violate the rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, proprietary or other rights, of any third party, or any law, rule or regulation;
  • to the extent permissible by law, you hereby irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of the User Content
  • you are 18 years of age or over; and
  • the User Content is not libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful or prejudicial of any person or group on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability.

The Licensed Parties reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Site and the Longrad Properties at their sole discretion. If you believe any content, including User Content, residing on the Site or the Longrad Properties or displayed or used in connection with the Longrad Activities infringes any person or entity’s copyright rights, please notify us.

By using the Site and/or the Longrad Properties, you are consenting to the Licensed Parties’ collection of any personal information you provide for the Licensed Parties’ use and disclosure in connection with the use of your User Content as described herein. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not use this Site or otherwise provide the Licensed Parties with personal information. Longrad intellectual property rights

You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or other rights in proprietary information and materials of Longrad by authorising use of your User Content or otherwise using or accessing the Site, the Longrad Activities or the Longrad Properties.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you for any reason whatsoever without Longrad prior written consent and any action or conduct in violation of the foregoing shall be void and without effect.

Longrad reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorisation to feature your User Content.

You agree that if Longrad does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms of Use (or which Longrad has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Longrad rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Longrad.

If any part of these Terms of Use becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law or for any other reason whatsoever, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
