Roman Grigoriev

Roman Grigoriev M.R.I.C.S. is the founder and driving force behind LonGrad real estate agency. Originally from Estonia, Roman graduated from Tallinn Technical University with a degree in Business Administration. After moving to UK, he completed his Master's degree at Oxford Brookes University and became the first Russian-speaking real estate professional to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in England.

With over 20 years of experience in the London prime property market, Roman offers specialised services including the search and purchase of residential, investment, and commercial properties. He provides professional valuations of apartments and houses for legal and financial purposes, and assists with lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement.

Thanks to his extensive knowledge and decades of experience, Roman has become a recognised expert in the London property market, successfully assisting clients with inquiries of any complexity for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has visited thousands of homes and apartments across London, ranging from small apartments in Pimlico and Battersea to multi-million pound penthouses in Knightsbridge, Mayfair, and Chelsea. Roman's unique ability to blend professionalism with personalised attention to each client has established him as one of London's most sought-after luxury real estate specialists.

As a serial entrepreneur, Roman actively invests in startups, acquires businesses from retiring entrepreneurs, and continually explores new business directions and ideas.

Outside of work, Roman has completed 15 marathons, participates in Hyrox, and enjoys bike rides across Europe.
