Vacancy: Estate Agent, new developments
Longrad, an independent consulting agency specialising in new residential and commercial property services, has been a trusted name in the London property market since 2005. As our company continues to expand, we are experiencing a steady influx of incoming leads. To support our growth, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-based basis.

Job Description:

Your primary goal will be to convert incoming leads into actual buyers by building relationships and providing expert advice.

  • Work in the company's CRM system;
  • Customer support at all stages of real estate transaction;
  • Prompt incoming request processing according to the company standards.

The Successful Applicant:

  • At least 2 years of real estate experience in the UK;
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Minimum English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
  • Familiarity with Google products and CRM systems.
  • Located in London or ready to commute.
