We are looking for the property for you free of charge. We send you selections of options upon yout request and organize viewings of those options where agents or sellers are willing to pay our commission.
Buyer Agent
We are looking for the property for you, considering that our services cost from 1% to 3% + VAT on the value of the object. We send you selections of all possible options upon your request and arrange viewings.
Negotiator
If you like the particular property, we negotiate with the seller on your behalf aiming to achieve the lowest price possible. Payment for our services is 15% - 40% of the achieved discount.
Adviser
We provide you with a 60-minute free consultation on buying property in the UK. We develop a buying strategy and determine the search area with you.
Seller
We conclude a contract for the sale of your property. We analyze your situation, preferred method of sale, terms and structure of the deal. Our commissions are from 1% to 5% + VAT..
Property Surveyor
Professional evaluation of the property for banks, legal entities, and financial goals, etc. In a few hours and a small fee, we will be able to tell you whether you are overpaying or not and help you pay reasonable price.
